Warranty

Every knife that leaves our shop comes with a lifetime warranty.  If your knife needs to be sharpened, refinished, polished, or generally cleaned, just shoot us an email and we will set up service for your knife free of charge.  Additionally, if you receive a product that you are not happy with because of flaws or defects in the material or assembly we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. 

 

Voids and Exclusions

We stand behind our product 100%.  As such we ask that any service or alterations be done by Mike Taylor and not by the customer themselves, or any third parties that have not been authorized by Mike Taylor to service.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.
